As someone who battles with IR on a daily basis, I can attest to the damage of poorly made sugary cocktails. When concocted correctly with a splash of sophistication these eleven drinks can typically all behave under 200 calories a standard glass (approx.4-5oz) or even a 12 oz. beer bottle. Meaning, you should be able to enjoy yourself without any self-loathing on Monday.
